Kate Wilson
Who's behind SHEISBOSSINGIT?
Kate Wilson is a career-driven mum of 3 girls and the founder of SHEISBOSSINGIT Ltd. With over 20 years’ experience working within the security and intelligence industry, in the public and private sectors she has overcome many of the challenges that come with being an ambitious female working in male dominated and competitive environments.
Mission, Mindset, Action.
Kate has mentored numerous women and recognises common themes that are preventing females from reaching their full potential. These themes include fear of failure, a lack of confidence, not knowing how to deal with difficult conversations, and contending with a huge amount of unconscious bias. Owing to her passion to help others, and recognising there is a gap in the market for material designed for 21st century women, Kate decided now was the time to take to entrepreneurship and launch SHEISBOSSINGIT.COM to support female talent and empower women in the workplace.
Kate is also an ex-Welsh netballer and huge advocate of female athletes, keen writer, lover of public speaking and the theatre.
